SUNDAY 15 JUNE 2008
Summer visit to Powis Castle and the Dingle Garden and Nursery, Welshpool.This trip will definitely run so see events page for full information and ticket prices. Open to non-HPS and members of other garden clubs so please feel free to invite family and friends or interested gardeners. (18 seats remaining on 7 May)

EASTER PHOTOS
The Easter weather was atrocious but if you did manage to get any photos send or give them to Richard who will compile a presentation for our Christmas social. 

MEETING ROTA
We ask members to volunteer for several of the tasks essential for meetings to run smoothly. We would like:
1. Volunteer greeters, who will chat to visiting or new members joining us for the first time.
2. Raffle – sell the tickets, we will still provide the prizes.
3. Plant Stall – sell the plants, we will still provide plants.
4. Help make coffee and tea, again we will provide the makings.
5. Offer accommodation. Once or twice a year the committee accommodate visiting speakers. If you can help this would spread the load.

A rota can be found on the table next to the signing in book when you arrive. If you can offer your services in any of the above areas please fill in your name in the appropriate place. Many thanks.

BAD WEATHER
In the event of very bad weather please check here on the website for an announcement or telephone Liz Thomas/Sue Papworth between 5-6pm on the evening of a talk to check whether the talk is still on.
